    Please contact our support team, if you need assistance for a business survey.

    Choose a topic below, then enter your email address, phone number, support issue and submit the form. We will respond to your request via e-mail or phone.

    Journal no.: Before submitting the form, you need to to enter your journal number. Find it in your request for reporting.

    Deadline extension: Do you need a longer deadline for your report? Select topic: "Postponement of deadline", fill in the requested information and submit the form.

    When handling your inquiry, we will manage your contact details etc. Read more on Statistics Denmark's Privacy Policy.

    Here you can order a paper form for reporting the few counts that are not yet compulsory digital.

    The forms are sent out regularly, but there can be a waiting period of 1 week.

    Please note that even if you have received a form, you can still report online via our digital reporting solutions.
