The effects of nonresponse on nonresponse error are hard to capture. Sometimes nonresponse leads to error in survey estimates and sometimes not. In this presentation we look at the effects of nonresponse on selected social indicators from the EU-SILC survey (Survey of income and living conditions) by calculating the indicators given various nonresponse rates.
